This comes just days ahead of the Soweto derby against Kaizer Chiefs. Meanwhile, one of these players has already signed for the Bucs.

PIRATES REPORTEDLY SIGN ANOTHER STAR
Pirates have reportedly just signed Sibusiso Tau.
Meaning, the 17-year-old becomes the newest Bucs senior player.
“Tau was recently signed from Emalahleni United in Mpumalanga,” the report read on Goal.
So, if these reports are true, he is Pirates second ‘signing’. A few weeks ago, Pirates made their first ‘signing’ ahead of the 2024/25 season.
“It’s a done deal. (Kabelo) Kgositsile will be in the books of Orlando Pirates next season. There were no issues regarding the movement of the player as both clubs enjoy a good relationship and it was easy to finalise the deal,” the insider stated on KickOff.
Therefore, Pirates now have two new players in the senior squad. Both DDC products are now senior squad members. Meanwhile, a couple of new faces have been spotted in training with the Bucs too/
Both men could potentially earn Pirates contracts.
However, it is unlikely to happen soon. Ultimately, both DDC starlets are likely just getting some exposure to first team practice conditions.
