After six years without a game, Sundowns to finally cut ties with attacker!

Mamelodi Sundowns are home to some of the top players in the league.

The plethora of talent at Chloorkop however means competition for places are extremely tight.

And with a massive squad like theirs, many players don’t actually end up getting a chance to shine for the Brazilians.

Thabang Sibanyoni was promoted to the Mamelodi Sundowns first team back in 2019 with high expectations.

Things however didn’t exactly go according to plan for the talented striker.

Six years and six loan spells later, the Brazilians are finally ready to officially cut ties with the 29-year-old.

Sibanyoni is currently out on loan at Magesi FC from parent club Mamelodi Sundowns.

According to Soccer Laduma, Sibanyoni is set to leave Chloorkop for good at the end of the season as Magesi want to make his move permanent.

If the transfer takes place, the attacker will leave Sundowns without playing a single official match for them despite being on their books for six years!

Has Sibanyoni impressed you at Magesi?
