According to popular X transfer insider Innocent Mkhabhela, Orlando Pirates have started talks to reappoint Mokwena. “HEARING ACCORDING TO UPELEPELE OBABELA ABASENDIYA EZIMNYAMA are calling RULANI MOKOENA’S NAME, DISCUSSIONS ONGOING BEHIND THE SCENES,” Mkhabela said.
Regarding the FIFA Club World Cup with Wydad, it is unclear whether Mokwena will exit the Moroccan giants before or after the event.
In the meantime, the Sea Robbers are due in Egypt this weekend. Orlando Pirates face Pyramids FC in the second leg of the CAF Champions League semifinals. The first tie ended goalless at the FNB Stadium last Saturday.
