On her TikTok account, Cape Town student and Stormers fan Zheté Morrie posted a clip of her asking Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu to be her Matric Dance date.
The young woman stood beside the pitch at the DHL Stadium holding a poster that read: “Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, will you be my MD date?”
In the comments section of the video, South Africans tagged the 23-year-old player, urging him to “do the right thing.”
“He better say yes!”, commented one TikToker, while another added: “Go get your man!”.

When one follower asked the Matric student if Sacha Feinberg-Mgomezulu had spotted her sign, she replied: “He looked at me, smiled and shook his head. So I don’t know”
